To initiate a return or replacement, please write to us at care@forestsage.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

  • The seal is broken

  • The serial number or label is tampered with

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, weโ€™ll update you on the eligibility.

  • If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed right away.

  • If not eligible, weโ€™ll safely ship the product back to you.
